I will be in to talk ccc and such.
I have sugar and crisps and instant noodles to top us up with that I’ll drop off on the way home from work and, weather dependent, I’ll head back up the hill and cycle in after dinner.

Hi all,
If any of you would like to meet with a fellow Hacklab goer from Helsinki, Finland - I am currently on a holiday trip in Scotland and available for meet in Aberdeen on Fri 21st or Sat 22nd.
We could talk about projects, makerspace in general. I’m sure we’d have a good time. Based on the profiles on the Internet page you guys are interesting! Let me know if you have time/interest to meet.
My profile:
recently working on aluminum / carbon fibre, robotics, CAD
interested in distributed development and innovation
Let me know if you consider this, and we can agree on the specific time and place. I have really liked Aberdeen so far!

Hi, Hibby.
I'll be in tonight seeking help to convert my NGINX virtual host config
for noVNC using "websockify" to an Apache2 virtualhost, I've got it all
working nicely under NGINX, but a lot of the bioinformatics packages
that I want to use from Debian-Med have "apache2" as a dependency...
Bye,
Tony.

Hi all,
I shall pop in today from about 730pm, and stare at my screen for a bit ...
Recently I discovered Octopus agile pricing, and thought of making some
webpage tonight to calculate best time of week to do laundry at lowest
possible price, based on wind forecast for next ,3 days...
I am sure several people have done this before; I just want to have some
fun putting wx data, UK energy production and wind turbine mechanics in a
database, find correlations and present it nicely.
Cheers

Hello happy hackers,
'Tis Tuesday once again, so we will have our weekly open night!
If you've not heard of us, 57North get up to a range of activities on
Tuesday nights
in our shared workspace, including (but not limited to) social
contact, programming,
manufacturing weird things and consuming sugary treats. Typically we
kick off at 1930.
We're located at:
Suite H
Kettock Lodge
Innovation Park
Campus Two
Bridge of Don
Aberdeen AB22 8GU
Instructions for getting in are here:
https://www.57north.org.uk/open-evenings
Hit the buzzer and someone shall come and rescue you from downstairs
after a brief wait.
There's plenty parking, but if you don't have transport get in touch
either here
or IRC and someone may be able to help you out! The number 1 bus comes
nearby
too.
If you're new, I'd suggest you bring a laptop, and perhaps a project
you want to
work on.
If you're not new, shoot a reply to the list and tell us what you'll
be up to, and
maybe consider bringing a friend. Please mention a time if you'll be
in before me!
I shall be in from 715ish until 9-ish, playing with the 3D printer and
showing a potential new member around.
Drop an email to tell us when you willl be in and what excitement
you're getting up to?
Cheerio,
Wouter
