[57north-discuss] Notice of Board Meeting

Hi All, I am calling a board meeting for the 26th July 2022 to be held at 20:00 in the space. This is for the purpose of finding a way to resolve our ongoing issues with access to the bank account. Options available are to put more effort into RBS or to open a different account that is a better fit for the way we wish to use it. This is an urgent issue in my opinion, therefore the requirement for 7 clear days can be waived according to article 81. Thanks, Iain.
