Hello Schnupsis,
* Orla and I won’t be able to join dinner on Friday obviously, but maybe I can convince
Tom to. Don’t think he’d mind where to go.
* We will investigate about the bbq on Saturday! Might not fit in our car though grrrr
* are Andy and I the only Vegetarians? If so maybe we can organise some Vegetarian
alternatives between us. I’d also like to make a potato salad if that’s ok. :)
* I’ll be honest, don’t know what GPG key signing is hehe, so that’s probably a no
* Tom’s answer to this is “when would I have time to write a lightning talk”. Yeah I’m
afraid we’ll be lucky if we manage to listen to everyone else’s. All depending on Orli :)

Happy with either. In town is closer to my abode but it's not hard to
get back there from BoD.
* Provision of BBQ hardware on Saturday
No advances from me I'm afraid.
* Food choices for BBQ
* are Andy and I the
only Vegetarians?
Pescatarian here so happy to get in on this, my initial thoughts were
that I'd bring some vegetarian sausages along - I've also heard today
after mentioning this to someone that apparently potato waffles on the
BBQ are where it's at.
* Interest in GPG Keysigning
I'm interested, as long as newfangled ed25519 keys are acceptable :)
* Lightning talks
I'm tempted, but when I'm given a stage and microphone I seem to (from
previous experience at RGUHack) turn into a High-Energy MLM-Salesperson
so it'll be at your own peril.
* Why it is nice to have some time away from The
Computer
A change of scenery is always nice as is a good conversation (and much
more possible without trying to multitask).

Hi
Sadly I can't make it for the BBQ on saturday, as I've a sort of Uni
reunion thing in Edinburgh, which, because we're a shambolic bunch, only
happens every few years. Should be ok for Sunday and Friday though. Sorry
Phine, not to be able to stand in vegetarian solidarity with you, in the
face of a mass of blackened yet oddly still raw meat, bravely waving
Haloumi and sweetcorn. Two years in Australia has made me
illogically enthusiastic about BBQs.
I'm trying really hard not to make a joke about whether The Mains of
Scotstown is 240 or 120 volt, and in mentioning this, can almost claim to
have succeeded, but have obviously failed, sorry.
Love a lightning talk by the way, not sure which day that'd be planned for.
