Call for participation: DIY Banner Session Hi everyone in the Detroit of the North, every struggle needs a good sign! Join us at the for DIY banner/poster making session. Where: Aberdeen Social Centre [1] (<- click for map) When: Friday, 21st of July, 17:00-20:00 What we have: Paint, brushes, pens, strings, some sticks and some other random materials. We also have a vinyl cutter and a printer, so if you have designs/flyers/leaflets we can cut/print them out. What to bring: Cardboard, fabrics, good ideas, USBs for designs [svg-format for the vinyl cutter] and yourself! Hope to see you all there! Upcoming Events Living Rent - Outreach Workshop - Sat 15th July, 10am-5pm This Weekend on Saturday the 15th We'll have Living rend hosting a workshop on talking with MSPs and outreach for organisations, it will start a 10am. Break for the usual Radical Cafe between 12 to 2pm, then continue until 5pm. Radical Cafe - Schemers Anonymous - Sat 15th July 12-2pm The Radical Cafe is on again this Saturday, 15th July, 12-2pm, in the Social Centre with the usual coffee, Vegan Bay Bakery treats and scheming. All welcome. Queer Film Club - Mon 17th July, 5-8pm We will be hosting an initial meeting for a Queer film club on Monday the 17th - this will continue on the second Tuesday of the month. Hello all As well as Pride, there are a number of things on this weekend - The Radical Cafe is on again this Saturday, 27th May, 12-2, in the Social Centre with the usual coffee, treats and scheming. All welcome. Food Not Bombs open meeting Saturday 27th May, 2-3 in the Social Centre. Torry Peoples' Assembly, Saturday and Sunday 27th and 28th May, St Fitticks Park.
