I have a knitting machine in my flat that Mike gave me a few years ago that has gotten
very little use since then because of the time and space needed to set it up. I would
like to take it into the space and leave it set up in the hopes that I (and possibly other
people) can make more use of it there.
I've measured the spare space between sewing radio and media desks, printer and oval
table and if we shuffle them all right a bit and condense them together can create ~2m of
space to left of sewing desk and could put the knitting machine there. Knitting machine is
pretty shallow so would improve access to the shelves there too and could make more use of
them than as dumping ground.
If no one has any objections to this plan I will put it into action towards the end of
this week (unless I get sidetracked with other things and then it'll be later...).
