I've been looking at the LILYGO Meshtastic T-Echo 868MHz version:

I want to try it out using an SBC, like the Heltec board that Alex has
offered to give me next Tue, but if we go ahead and adopt the idea we
will need them in robust portable cases like the LILYGO. Lots of other
options, but the LILYGO T-Echo seems to be grabbing a lot of attention.
