Funeral Arrangements for Renée Slater Please share with your networks Last week I announced the sad news that after several years of ill-health my agent and co-conspirator extraordinaire Renée Slater died peacefully on Saturday 21st June 2025, surrounded by her loving friends. A life-long activist and political campaigner, Renée will be sorely missed by family, friends and the communities she spent her life serving. She leaves a legacy of humour, kindness and an unfailing commitment to making the world a better place. Her final wish was that I, Helena Torry, voice of the silent majority, should announce her death and invite you to "a big party" for all her friends....
