CND has their Christmas party this Saturday at 3pm after the Cafe. Also this weekend we have our monthly meeting this Sunday, to plot out next year, we have grown a lot this year. Also this Sunday after the meeting we have a PotLuck bring some homebakes and bring a friend. Have a Good Christmas. ASC Activist Fair, Saturday 22nd November, 11-late

Hi all The ASC Activist Fair aka the alternative freshers' fair is on again - Saturday 22nd November from 11-late. Dunbar Hall, Old Aberdeen. There will be the Fair from 11-5, dinner from 6-8 and a social from 8-10. There are group info. stalls, radical book sales, Peacock Visual Arts printing, craftivism with stencils/patches/zines, skill-shares and food and drink! POSTER ATTACHED and also see the socials as there will be more announcements to follow soon! This will be the biggest one yet but we need your help to spread the word!!!! ASC WEEKLY NEWSLETTER ------------------------- News from Thu 16-Oct-2025 DATE FOR YOU DIARIES. The annual Activist Fair is back on Saturday 22nd November, 11-late, at Dunbar Hall in Old Aberdeen. There will be activist info stalls, radical book sale, skill-shares, workshops, an exhibition, craftivism and a cafe. Not only that - this year we are having an evening meal and a social! You lucky lucky people and watch out for more announcements. Also - Aberdeen Trades Union Council has booked a coach to the anti-poverty Scotland Demands Better rally in Edinburgh on 25th October, and there are seats available on a first come first serve basis. The bus will leave King Street at 7.15 am. RADICAL CAFE Meeting Room ABERDEEN SOCIAL CENTRE Saturday October 18th 13:00-15:00 BST Our weekly Radical Cafe, a space to meet and build those connections with local activists, come along for convivial chat, a look at the new books in the swap and shop, and meet other people active in the city. Until we source a new supply the cafe will be asking for home-bakes, you can bring butteries, cakes or whatever else you can rustle up for the overworked activists of Aberdeen.
