Hi all,
I would like two directors to approve an ongoing payment of £200 to AAoD to cover our accommodation and electricity.
Our current income is about £270 a month and if it falls below that we have significant runoff time (on the order of years) at that rate to recruit more members.
Thanks,

Hello Fellow directors :)
Can I please request approval for us to spend £2,000 on a donation to
AAoD to cover November 2023 to August 2024 inclusive. This would be a
£200 donation for each of the 10 months since we last gave them a
donation.
As noted in the directors' report at
https://github.com/hackerdeen/meetings/blob/master/2024/2024%20Directors%20…
we last paid them in October 2023.
Thanks
Andy
Hi
Just a quick email to request approval for 57North spending on bills from
Aberdeen Action on Disability.
The expenditure is £2,500 now and £800 per quarter ongoing.
The intention is this email will be GPG signed by two directors, Tom and
Hibby, as per discussions.
Thanks
Andy

Hi all,
I need a resolution of the board to be granted access to RBS online banking for myself.
Long story short, I am getting access to digital banking and setting up freeagent so we can see our cash.
In line with article 99/100, I am classing this activity as an operation that requires approval through 2 pgp signed emails https://github.com/hackerdeen/articles/blob/master/hacklab_articles.pdf and that should be sufficient.
The resolution is required by RBS, I will use this method as proof if and when when they come to ask why me (a signatory of the bank account) is being granted access to online banking.
Cheers
Dave Hibberd

Hi
Goot to chat this evening, for the directors meeting minutes, how
comprehensive do they need to be? I wrote less notes than I thought,
Tom, you're definitely better at minutes I now realise.
Start 20:11 Tuesday 26th July 2022
Chair: Hibby
Present: Tom (T), Andy (A), Wouter (W), Hibby (H)
First item: Bank
We need to moved to a new bank
Monzo, no good, only lets you have 1 director
Starling, ok with multiple directors, does current account switch, so
people don't have to change standing orders
Tide, no good, only lets you have 1 director
Wise, not an actual bank really
Decision: let's move to Starling
Action: H to investigate and action
Second item: Articles changes https://github.com/hackerdeen/articles
H: We should have a membership secretary, see
https://github.com/hackerdeen/articles/issues/2
H: We should automate / simplify dismemberment, see
https://github.com/hackerdeen/articles/issues/1
Third item: AGM
We can set an AGM date for a tuesday in late August
We'll send an email about it v soon, with it as a provisional date
Ancillary chat
We should spend more money
We need to give AAD some rent & bills
Alright troops,
As discussed tonight - shall we have a meeting next Tuesday or later to go over (at least):
The bank account
Proposed changes to the articles for the AGM
Dismemberment - I’d like to send out emails this week and then use the meeting to propose we dismember the list after a few weeks unless they’ve replied.
Anything else? Preferred dates, times etc? Tuesday, say 7 @ space?
