Yo,
We had a quick chat in signal again (are you in signal? You should be in signal!) and a daytime session in the hacklab on Sunday will happen again. Core hours will be "Morning til we all leave".
Come along and hang out, bring something to drink, we can order food or walk out to the chipper or something to get away from the toys for a bit.
I'll be around probably 1pm til 6ish - I'll likely set up the HF radio to do some data and such - there's a new version of WSJTX released I've not played with yet.
Also kenny got me a toy at emf 2024 that needs some 3d printing as a prerequisite so I might take it out the box and start that.
Are you coming? tell us when and what you're doing!
Cheers,
Hibby

Yo,
We had a quick chat in signal last night (are you in signal? You should be in signal!) and a daytime session in the hacklab at the weekend would be good.
It looks like most folks will be available Sunday with core hours being "Morning til 4pm".
Come along and hang out, bring something to drink, we can order food or if the weather looks good someone could bbq something 👀.
I'll be around probably early afternoon til 6ish, got some Debian backlog to clear and I'll likely set up the radio to do some data and such - there's a new version of WSJTX released! I've also got some 3d printing to do that I keep putting off.
Cheers,
Hibby

campGND returns 5th-7th June 2026 and you're invited! We'll be in the
usual field near Forgue. If you don't know where this is, we can help you find
it!
What is campGND?
Simply - the Hackerspace goes camping. We like to go somewhere with
very few amenities (and poor connectivity). You should bring whatever
you need to survive, a project to hack on/make/play with and some
stuff to burn too.
You need to register for a ticket at https://ti.to/campgnd/campgnd-2026
You do not need to be a member of the hackerspace, the weekend is open
to all of our friends.
You do not need to be camping with us to participate - you're welcome
to come by on Saturday, hang out, drink coffee, eat lunch and/or
dinner then head home to the comfort of your own home!
If you don't have kit, the hackerspace and its members have some spare you'll
be able to borrow too!
Once again, the kitchen will be running - it's in need of volunteers
to cook, clean and create/lead meals. We are planning for both
omnivorous and vegetarian food this year. We are asking for a
suggested donation of £50 per person to participate in the communal
kitchen for the full weekend, and a reduced donation of £35 if you're
bringing your own food. If this will be a barrier to you coming, email
