A Late Email this week, but we have the usual smorgasbord of events, and a new shiny format for the newsletter.
SPSC is Celebrating 77 years Since the start of the Nakba in Palestine with a Protest in front of the art gallery where they still promote BP who have the largest share in the BTC pipeline which provides Israel with most of their Crude Oil to be refined for the fighter jets, which the UK also provide parts for, currently engaged in bombing Gaza.
We also just had another great meeting by The Marxist Caucus discussing the response to the rise of Reform and reactionary politics in the UK and Scotland, look for more from them.
We have two film events this week from the Radical Film Club, one one being a showing from local trans film makers, see below.

Please make time to join us on Saturday 17th May to mark 77 years of Nakba. We will be touring the city with Nakba messages and symbols of right of return starting outside the Art Gallery at 12noon.
After the tour we will reconvene at 1pm at City Wharf, Shiprow AB115BY for a special Nakba exhibition and film.screening. We're delighted to collaborate with Aberdeen Social Centre for the Radical Cafe with an eclectic mix of Scottish and Palestinian refreshments, from 1-3pm.
We hope that you can join us to mark this important day for the Palestinian people.

A documentary project recording the historic wave of protests and uprisings that broke out around the globe between late 2018 and mid 2020. This is the first of a ten-part series. Told through the eyes of anarchist and anti-colonial participants of the 2019 uprising in the territories occupied by the state of Chile.
