TUESDAY 13th

TONIGHT there is hybrid meeting called by Aberdeen Trades Union Council/Aberdeen Anti-Fascist Alliance about co-ordinating action for a rally on the 7th September. It is an open meeting so please come along in person, or on Zoom. 730-9. Please though don't share the zoom link widely, for obvious reasons....

15th International Brigade Aberdeen Commemorative Committee presents:

On the 40^th anniversary of Bob Cooney’s death you are invited to  a commemorative event from 7.00pm - 9.00pm. There will be a presentation by Neil Cooney about his Uncle’s  leading role   in the anti-fascist struggle  in Aberdeen  and his active role in the fight against fascism in Spain as a member of the 15^th International Brigade. There will be a reading of poems by Bob and other International Brigaders.
