Hey all,

I will be in today as well. My aim is to do some reading up methods to bike hub dynamos and the conversion of the output (AC 6V 3W) to a power bank.  This seems to be quite a faf, and commercial available solutions in the bike world are not within my budget...(or I am just too stingy ;-) )

If you've not heard of us, 57North get up to a range of activities on Tuesday nights
in our little clubhouse, including (but not limited to) social contact,  programming,
manufacturing weird things and consuming sugary treats. Typically we kick off at 1930.

There's plenty parking, but if you don't have transport get in touch either here
or IRC and someone may be able to help you out!

If you're new, I'd suggest you bring a laptop, and perhaps a project you want to
work on.

If you're not new, shoot a reply to the list and tell us what you'll be up to, and
maybe consider bringing a friend. If you're coming in before me, please mention!

I'll be down for 20:00 or so today, I plan to look at things and tidy. Main goals are to turn that big metal cabinet into a woodstore so it's out the way, please find something that annoys you and give it a wee tidy too in advance of the weekend's party <3
