Iain, please either file an issue against the articles or draft a change to the articles
and file it as a PR so that we all remember this by AGM time!

I’m sure that won’t happen, but maybe the articles should be changed to be about not
committing the hackerspace to spending without approval rather than approval for the
specific function of the bank transfer. Just something for the next AGM.

Kind of like how you'd make a pull request in git and ask a fellow team member to
approve and merge.
There was never any chance we'd not honour commitments to pay things previously
arranged.
