There may have been previous email threads about this, so its perhaps been previously approved in principle.

But, yea, good shout, always room for improvement in processes. I think, for example, we've previously discussed removing the requirement for gpg signing, so that's maybe another thing for the AGM agenda.

Kind of like how you'd make a pull request in git and ask a fellow team member to approve and merge.
There was never any chance we'd not honour commitments to pay things previously arranged.
