This email was just really sent as a formality, as agreed between directors. So one director emails the list for approval, so another could approve it signed with gpg.

Kind of like how you'd make a pull request in git and ask a fellow team member to approve and merge.

There was never any chance we'd not honour commitments to pay things previously arranged.
