[57north-ctte] Ongoing Charity Payment

Hi all, I would like two directors to approve an ongoing payment of £200 to AAoD to cover our accommodation and electricity. Our current income is about £270 a month and if it falls below that we have significant runoff time (on the order of years) at that rate to recruit more members.
